At Perceptive, I develop custom software solutions that help our customers get the most out of their investment in Perceptive's capture, content management and search applications. My solutions enable some of Perceptive's largest customers to go above and beyond out-of-the-box capabilities to incorporate their own business processes and outside enterprise applications. I develop both end-user applications and server-side utilities using a combination of web and desktop technologies including javascript, HTML, CSS, Java and C#.
Accountable Care Lead, Technical Services Manager

As accountable care lead, I meet with current and prospective customers to discuss
ACO strategy and to review and demonstrate Epic's ACO functionality. I also work closely
with our population health R&D teams on developing tools to support accountable care.
I also am manager over a group of about 50 EpicCare Ambulatory Technical Services staff.
I am responsible for the collective success of our customers, growth of the TS team and process improvement.
